Tamara Lalla-Ragoonath | DIRECTV Caribbean - Country Manager

Tamara is the Country Manager for DIRECTV Caribbean and has been with the company for the past 11 years. She was responsible for launching the first Prepaid PAYTV service in the Caribbean as well as online TV and payment solutions for DIRECTV Caribbean. DIRECTV Caribbean continues to rank as one of the best places to work in Central America and the Caribbean by GPTW organization under her Leadership. She has vast experience in Programming, Marketing and Sales having held those managerial roles for the last 10 years at DIRECTV. Previous to the entertainment industry she has over 15 years in the FMCG markets having worked for Kraft Foods and Proctor and Gamble. Tamara holds a PostMBA from the Arthur LokJack Graduate School of Business, Executive Leadership training from MIT on Managing Organizations and Change as well as Corporate Communications from Cornell University, and a BSc in Economics and Marketing from The University of the West Indies.
