Nic Wilson | TiVo - Head of Customer Success

Nic Wilson, TiVo's head of customer success, is responsible for technical sales and deployment for new products with operators, including TiVo IPTV, TiVo+, and the new TiVo Stream 4K. His global team includes sales engineering and solutions architecture, supporting service providers and introducing new features to their subscribers. In previous progressive roles for TiVo, he ran technical sales for the Americas, and was responsible for the company's next-generation IPTV platform, which enables key features for operators including unified content discovery, voice search and other advanced functionalities.
