José Antonio Chavero is a founding partner and CEO of Fibra TV, with more than 20 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry. Leading a company that is always in continuous innovation and at the forefront of technology, we have managed to train hundreds of engineers so that they can operate, monitor and manage FTTX networks successfully. Fibra TV was the second company in Mexico to start operating a FTTX network. It was also the first SME to implement an IPTV and OTT headend in Mexico. As well as to be able to obtain a low cost headend we had to develop our own middleware and monitoring systems.
