Cristian Santana | Zappware - Head of Business Americas

Cristian Santana works for Zappware as Head of Business for the Americas region since 2019. He has over 20 years of business development, technical sales, team and vendor management. He had deployed numerous video projects with major operators in the Americas. Due to his experience in business development and engineering project executions, he has an interesting background mix of business and technical expertise. Cristian has been promoting Zappware’s solution for User Interface and Backoffice for operators in the Americas region. Cristian Santana comes to Zappware from TVC Communications, a division of Wesco Distribution, where he was Director of IP Sales and Services for Latin America. His main role was managing the technical pre-sales team and engineering team responsible for project development and post-sales support. Prior to joining TVC Communications, he spent several years working at Tricom Dominican Republic as Fiber Optic Design Engineer and Video Transmission Engineer, managing fiber network design and construction projects.
