David Peredo – Sales Director Mexico Central America and Caribbean – Broadpeak

David is driving Broadpeak sales to content and network service providers in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.
David has more than 12 years in the telecom industry. Prior to joining Broadpeak, David spent more than seven years working in marketing ad sales, content sales, support, and TV technology. His expertise includes IPTV, OTT, VOD, broadcast, DTH, security, digital TV migrations, and storage solutions.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in international marketing and law.

Marcelo Lechner – SVP Customer Solutions, Business Development – INVIDI

Marcelo Lechner joined INVIDI in March 2020 and brought many years’ experience in the pay TV industry, focusing the last 10 years in operator’s advertising rights. At INVIDI, he is responsible for providing technical and business solutions and to help new customers in their journey to monetize their inventory.
Prior to INVIDI, Marcelo was responsible for launching Local and Addressable Advertising on linear TV and VOD for Verizon. He is a co-author of multiple patents for optimization of inventory and capacity usage in telco’s platforms. Marcelo moved from Argentina to the United States in 1996 to work as a System Business Analyst in the implementation of international branches for Bank of Boston in Peru, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, and Haiti. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from University of Belgrano, Argentina. An avid soccer player, Marcelo lives with his wife and their 3 boys in Massachusetts.

Katherine Pond – Vice President of Business Development – VIZIO

Katherine Pond is the Vice President of Business Development at VIZIO, leading OTT distribution, content acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Since joining VIZIO in 2012, she has initiated, negotiated, and closed distribution, ad tech, and licensing deals across content, technology, advertising, and data verticals.

Essio Floridi – Ad Sales & Operations Director Latin America – Samsung Ads

Essio Floridi es un ejecutivo con más de 20 años de experiencia en la industria publicitaria. Es licenciado en economía por la USP, MBA en Marketing de Servicios por la ESPM y Gestión Económica y Estratégica de Negocios por la FGV. Comenzó su carrera en Milán (Italia) en 1998 y en 2000, de vuelta en Brasil, trabajó como Director de Medios Digitales durante 2 años tanto en JWT como en Agência Click. En su carrera profesional, fue Gerente de Ventas en Yahoo! de 2004 a 2009 y Director de Publicidad en Medios Digitales de Globosat durante 6 años. En 2016 asumió el cargo de Country Manager en Tradelab (startup francesa de medios programáticos) donde permaneció hasta 2020, cuando se incorporó a Samsung Electronics asumiendo el cargo de Director de Ventas y Operaciones Latinoamérica de Samsung Ads – Plataforma de Publicidad de Samsung con Soluciones Ominicanal en todos los dispositivos conectados de Samsung. En esta función, Essio lleva a cabo la implementación y el crecimiento del negocio de Samsung Ads en la región de América Latina.

Mark Shepard – SVP & General Manager, Core DAI – Canoe Ventures

Mark oversees Canoe’s Core Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) line of business across Linear, VOD and Streaming platforms. Mark has been with Canoe since 2009, serving in various Director roles within Canoe’s Operations and Customer Experience groups before most recently leading Canoe’s Product group. Prior to Canoe, Mark worked with multiple satellite, telco, and cable clients, overseeing numerous cross-organization technical projects as well as leading various System & Integration groups. As part of Mark’s work with the Canoe team on DAI, he has received both an Emmy® and a patent. Mark enjoys living in Denver with his wife and four children.

Fabio Souza – Head of Marketing and Global Partners – Synamedia

I’m a martech executive and entrepreneur with a strong bias to execution, combining 20 years of experience in technology companies; on both vendors and consumers.
I started my career as entrepreneur, moving to consulting services, and most recently holding various market facing positions in service providers, including DirecTV Group, Claro Brasil (part of America Móvil) and GVT (acquired by Telefonica), moved to Cisco driving the transformation team of the Video Business. At Synamedia since October 2018, I’m heading Americas Marketing and Global Partners.
Holding BBA from Maua Business School, with specialization in Marketing from University of California Los Angeles, and E-MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Currently living in Sao Paulo, and whilst two children keep him busy, I’m passionate about nature, education, children, music, and cycling.
