Rodrigo Mattos – Fundador e CEO – TMW Telecom

Fundador e CEO da TMW Telecom, provedor de internet que atua no sul do Brasil, nos estados de Santa Catarina e Rio Grande do Sul, presente no mercado de telecomunicações há cerca de 20 anos. Rodrigo Mattos também é fundador e CEO da TMWPIX, plataforma OTT que distribui canais de TV lineares e vídeo sob demanda SVOD e TVOD, bem como a PIXTV, canal de TV com conteúdo totalmente produzido pelo grupo e distribuído por parceiros em todo território nacional. Residente e domiciliado nos EUA, onde trabalha home office, Rodrigo já palestrou na Wispapalooza, um dos maiores eventos de ISPs nos EUA, sempre buscando por conhecimento e resultados, está sempre aberto para novos projetos e sempre dividindo seu conhecimento adquirido com pessoas da área de TV e telecomunicações.

Walter La Mendola – Vicepresidente de AVOD y Ad Sales Partnerships Latinoamérica – Paramount

Walter La Mendola es Vicepresidente de AVOD y Ad Sales Partnerships Latinoamérica, responsable de la gestión diaria del negocio de ventas publicitarias de la empresa, al igual que Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, y Centro America. Con sede en Miami, La Mendola le reporta a Eduardo Lebrija, Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer para Networks Networks Sur de Europa, América Latina, Oriente Medio y Líder de LATAM Norte y Brasil.
En esta función, La Mendola ha sido instrumental en el desarrollo de estrategias de ventas publicitarias y el servicio a los clientes pan-regionales de ventas de publicidad para las múltiples marcas de la compañía, principalmente MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Paramount Channel y VH1. Desde que se unió al equipo de ventas de VCNA en 2007, La Mendola ha ocupado cargos de creciente responsabilidad, siendo recientemente nombrado Vice Presidente en 2016.
La Mendola se unió inicialmente a la compañía en 2000 como traductor y escritor para mtvla.com, convirtiéndose posteriormente en Senior Digital Producer, responsable de supervisar el contenido editorial de los sitios web de MTV, Nickelodeon y VH1, banda ancha y la división móvil. Antes de unirse a VCNA, fue productor y escritor de noticias para la División Latinoamericana de Noticias Televisivas de Reuters.
Nacido en Argentina, La Mendola tiene una Licenciatura en Comunicaciones de la Universidad Internacional de Florida.

Marcelo Lechner – SVP Customer Solutions, Business Development – INVIDI

Marcelo Lechner joined INVIDI in March 2020 and brought many years’ experience in the pay TV industry, focusing the last 10 years in operator’s advertising rights. At INVIDI, he is responsible for providing technical and business solutions and to help new customers in their journey to monetize their inventory.
Prior to INVIDI, Marcelo was responsible for launching Local and Addressable Advertising on linear TV and VOD for Verizon. He is a co-author of multiple patents for optimization of inventory and capacity usage in telco’s platforms. Marcelo moved from Argentina to the United States in 1996 to work as a System Business Analyst in the implementation of international branches for Bank of Boston in Peru, Mexico, Chile, Uruguay, and Haiti. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from University of Belgrano, Argentina. An avid soccer player, Marcelo lives with his wife and their 3 boys in Massachusetts.

Katherine Pond – Vice President of Business Development – VIZIO

Katherine Pond is the Vice President of Business Development at VIZIO, leading OTT distribution, content acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Since joining VIZIO in 2012, she has initiated, negotiated, and closed distribution, ad tech, and licensing deals across content, technology, advertising, and data verticals.

Mark Shepard – SVP & General Manager, Core DAI – Canoe Ventures

Mark oversees Canoe’s Core Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) line of business across Linear, VOD and Streaming platforms. Mark has been with Canoe since 2009, serving in various Director roles within Canoe’s Operations and Customer Experience groups before most recently leading Canoe’s Product group. Prior to Canoe, Mark worked with multiple satellite, telco, and cable clients, overseeing numerous cross-organization technical projects as well as leading various System & Integration groups. As part of Mark’s work with the Canoe team on DAI, he has received both an Emmy® and a patent. Mark enjoys living in Denver with his wife and four children.
